• Delivery takes between 3 and 10 working days depending on the governorate and product availability.

Delivery terms

1. Delivery is free up to the second floor.
2. In the absence of an elevator, additional charges are applied for floors beyond the second floor.
3. If there is a usable elevator, delivery to any floor is free of charge.
4. If there is difficulty in bringing the product in due to narrow stairs or entrances, the product will be delivered on the ground floor.
5. The shipping address and phone number must be verified to avoid delivery delays.
6. The customer's signature on the receipt signifies their acknowledgment that the product was received in good condition and with all accessories and components.
7. In cases of electronic payment, delivery is made to the order holder or cardholder only after identity verification when required.
